Erect structural steel for commercial and industrial buildings. Rig beams, bolt connections, and weld decking. OSHA 30 and rigging certification required; travel jobs common.

Support skilled trades on residential job sites. Haul materials, clean work areas, assist with demolition, and run basic power tools. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are key.

Assist journeymen with wire pulls, device installation, and panel prep on commercial tenant build-outs. Enrolled in or willing to start a registered apprenticeship program.

Lead installation crews on residential new construction. Size ductwork, set condensers, and commission systems for efficiency. 5+ years of install experience and EPA 608 Universal.

Frame walls, install doors and windows, and hang cabinets on multifamily projects. Read prints and keep crews stocked with materials. Own hand tools required.

Perform high-precision TIG welding on stainless and aluminum for custom fabrication shop. Inspect to ASME standards and mentor junior welders. CWI certification a strong plus.

Lay brick, block, and stone on residential and commercial exteriors. Build leads, run lines, and tool joints to spec. Ability to read detailed drawings and work outdoors in all seasons.

Service and repair plumbing systems for a large property management portfolio. Diagnose leaks, replace water heaters, and clear drains. On-call rotation included; van provided.
